Version 1.0 · effective 14 October 2026 · Symphony, Inc. (Aspen)

This policy explains what personal data Symphony, Inc., doing business as Aspen by Everwork, 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, Delaware 19808, United States ("Aspen", "we"), handles when you visit joinaspen.app, use the customer portal at onboarding.joinaspen.app, sign an Aspen contract, or run an Aspen installation. Questions and requests: hello@joinaspen.app.

1. Who is responsible

Aspen decides how data is used, and is the controller, for the data in sections 2 to 6: website enquiries, portal accounts, contracts and signatures, billing and licence usage counts.

The content inside an Aspen installation (messages, files, records, recordings) belongs to the customer that runs it. In a self-hosted installation Aspen has no access to it. In a managed installation Aspen hosts it for the customer as a processor, under the customer's instructions and the data processing agreement that comes with the managed plan.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit; passwords are stored as hashes; secrets such as signing links are encrypted at rest; every consequential action in the portal is recorded in an audit log; signed contracts are sealed so any change to them shows.
